Just read Mr. Habashi's review of Gold Metallurgy, by Adams ( www.min-eng.com/book_revs.html). I have to agree- for anyone who has any involvement in the gold industry, this is the "book of the year". Congratulations to all concerned

Further to the above, see the comments on Preg-robbing in BioHydromet section

I would be interested in Dr. Adam's views on use of term 'preg-robbing' as he uses it in his excellent text-book. Maybe Mr. Habashi is just being pedantic? His arguments don't seem to be particularly convincing.

See my views in the 'preg-robbing' debate posted in the bio-hydromet section. Thanks to all for the positive responses to "Advances in Gold Ore Processing", but especially to the 66 authors and co-authors who gave their valuable time and energy, as well as Barry Wills and Elsevier's production department. Several people have been asking me where they can get hold of the book. A description and further info appears on the Elsevier website at www.elsevier.com/wps/find/bookdescription.cws_home/704654/description#description
