Dear All I will need your help in finding a binder suitable for acidic media , as we have an acidic fine gold ore , we need to agglomerate before washing the Iron sulfate in order to rinse all the iron as soluble form,we have tried the cement and lime to neutralize but it tends to be impossible as it is forming the iron hydroxides that block the system of columns and decreasing its permeability. The idea that we need to wash before cyanidation takes place.

Hi Mutassim, THere are polymers available (commonly used in polymer concrete) but it does not sound like they are going to help. Best of luck, Adam
