Hello,
I just read some interesting articles by Laskowski on the advantages of using reverse coal flotation for fine thermal coals that are to be used in coal-water-slurry fuel. The advantage compared to direct flotation would be that you would minimize flotation reagents in the coal-water-slurry and this is more optimal when adding additives. My question is if anyone knows if this is being considered in full-scale anywhere?! Any other comments on this idea?
Thank you, Stephen
