I was sad to learn why David Menne's excellent gold page was no longer up and running at: members.iinet.net.au/~menne/hg1.htmSadly, David past away and his webpage seems to have just been taken out of service. Did anyone manage to save this information before it disappeared? There was great information about cyanide leaching, the effects of mercury, lead, arsenic, the vapour pressures of cyanide and more. If anyone has this information, please get in contact with me. Thanks

Thanks for the referal Ian I am David's eldest son Theo, and I worked on the some of the perl coding used on my dad's site. I currently have a backup copy of the website on a HDD on my shelf. I apologise for the time it has taken me to stumble across this site, but feel free to contact me via email (tmenne @ iinet.net.au) and I'll send you what you are looking for or arrange a link to pages I can host on my personal webspace. EDIT : here is a link to a copy archived by The Internet Archive Organisation on 23 August 2003. If you are after more of the website, send me an email. web.archive.org/web/20030823000114/http://members.iinet.net.au/~menne/hg1.htmdue to the URL having the charactor ":" in it twice the scripts on this board that define hyperlinks wont allow you to click through this link. Please copy and paste into your browser.

To whom it may concern, David Menne's original website has been re-uploaded. The URL is www.davidmenne.comIt will be undergoing a redesign in the near future, but a link to the original will remain for historical purposes. Have a good one, Theo Menne
